I developed and collaborated on the design of this data visualization that lets companies analyze the gender diversity of their employee base. The user interacts with HR data, cross-referencing attributes like gender, title, performance, promotions, tenure, etc. There's also a modeling tool to simulate future workforce growth over the next 3-10 years in user-controlled terms like employee additions, attrition, and % female.
